Hey everyone,

I am reading the book 'A Million Little Pieces' by James Frey.

I remember there being a lot of negative things said about this book. Something about plagiarism or false information? I believe Oprah had a lot to say about it too?

Does anyone know anything about this? I am very interested in knowing.

Hi Kristen, what do you think of the book?
I've been wanting to read it.

I thought the hype over what truths were stretched in this memoir were ridiculous. I felt the critics fundamentally misunderstood what memoir is.

Of course memoir is fiction!!

I think Frey got beat up unfairly.

Hi Karen,

At first I thought the book was a little boring but I did not give up on it. What annoys me most about it is that there are no quotation marks when someone is speaking, there are run on sentences, and it is very repetitive. I like his style of writing and I am enjoying it now. I have not had time to finish it yet but I definitly intend on it!
